What is included in the tour price?
Your private vehicle, driver, fuel, parking and tolls are included. Entrance fees, activity tickets, meals, drinks and other personal expenses are not included unless specifically agreed.
How long is a typical day tour?
Most tours are around 8–10 hours. Exact timing is arranged with your driver and may vary depending on your plans, traffic and conditions on the day.
Can we choose our own itinerary or change plans during the day?
Yes. Your day can be shaped around your interests and adjusted as you travel. What is practical will depend on traffic, weather, travel times and any activities you have booked in advance.
Can pickup and drop-off be at different locations?
Yes. Different pickup and drop-off locations can be arranged. Any additional cost will depend on the journey and can be confirmed through the booking process or with your driver.
Can you accommodate luggage, child seats or mobility requirements?
Vehicle requirements should be discussed when booking. As a general guide, a standard vehicle can carry around four passengers with four pieces of luggage, or five passengers with three pieces.
Child seats are available on request for a small additional fee. If you are travelling with a wheelchair or have other mobility requirements, include this in your booking so the available options can be discussed with your driver.
Is my driver also a tour guide?
Your standard booking includes an English-speaking local driver rather than a formal tour guide.
A dedicated guide can be requested for an additional USD $45 per day. English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese and Arabic guides can be requested, subject to availability.
Do we need to book attractions and activities ourselves?
Yes. Third-party attractions and activities should normally be booked directly with the provider. We recommend discussing fixed bookings with your driver first so they can help plan the route and timing around them.
What happens if traffic or weather affects our plans?
Bali traffic and weather can sometimes change what is practical. Your driver will work with you to adapt the route or timing where possible. The agreed driver-service price remains unchanged.
When is our booking confirmed?
Your booking is fully confirmed once the required payment has been received.
